What payment methods do you accept?
We accept standard online payment methods, including major debit and credit cards.
Which service do you use for shipping?
We typically use Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours or 48 hours. This service requires a signature, and is fully insured. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically processed within a few working days. Please note that specific products may have different shipping dates.
When will payment bracelets be shipped?
Payment bracelets will begin shipping from April 14 2026. Any orders placed before this date will be dispatched from this point onwards.

What is Touch from Money Carer?
Touch from Money Carer is a range of payment wearables, including rings and bracelets, that allow you to make secure, contactless payments with a simple tap — no card, PIN or mobile phone required.
How do Touch payment wearables work?
Touch wearables use secure, tokenised technology to link to your existing bank card. Once set up, you simply tap your wearable on a contactless payment terminal to complete a transaction.
Do I need a phone or internet connection to pay?
No. Once your wearable is set up, you do not need a phone or internet connection to make payments.
Do I need to charge the wearable?
No. Touch payment wearables do not contain a battery, so they never need charging.

Can someone use my wearable if I lose it?
If your wearable is lost, it can be quickly paused or deactivated. As with any contactless payment method, standard limits apply, and your linked card protections remain in place.
