Delivery Times:

• UK Express Delivery: £5.99

• Europe: £15.99

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging

• Returns must include proof of purchase
  

How to Return:

1. Contact us at info@moneycarer..eu with your order number to request a return.

2. We’ll send you a return label and instructions.

3. Pack your item securely and post it back to us.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the return.

Exchanges: Need a different size or style? Let us know and we’ll be happy to help with an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
